Shipping & Tracking

  • Secure Delivery: All parcels are sent tracked and insured. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.
  • Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your security hardware.

Order Processing & Handling

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Pacific Time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Shipping Days: Monday – Saturday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days.

Estimated Transit Time

  • United States: 3–7 business days.
  • Italy: 3–7 business days.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders (Italy), any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your local government are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Signature Requirement: Due to the high value of smart home electronics, some orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your package is received securely.
